Deceit – Suppressed Evidence

1. Tony Blair lies to the British Parliament about Iraq’s weapons and intentions.

Suppressed Evidence: This is the deliberate failure to present relevant and important information in the presentation of an argument. This type of manipulation was used by Tony Blair to convince the British parliament to allow the invasion of Iraq when he asserted that “Iraq possesses Chemical and Biological Weapons and is seeking to produce Nuclear weapons”, but Blair suppressed the real and negative military intelligence which stated that Saddam’s chemical and biological weapons stockpiles were small, ancient and unusable and that he had no nuclear weapons program at all. This deceit by Tony Blair probably cost upwards of 600,000 lives in Iraq according to “The Lancet” in 2006. The crime under International Law which Tony Blair committed that day, in conspiracy with George Bush, President of the United States has still to be punished.
